After 10 years of service comes a loss of 21% of my salary, the loss of 3 personal days, the loss of my 401k match, the insurance plan now offered requires a $3,500.00 deductible and the “we appreciate you taking on more work”, all in the span of 4 months, I said enough.
There is a point where “We’re building a new and better First Data” mantra just rings very, very false. I don’t want this to sound of sour grapes, they have choices to make. So do I…They’ve had 7 years to fix this thing, by the time it’s “fixed,” I may not be around to recoup anything.
Now, I have no salary, no paid vacation, personal or sick days BUT “I am building a new and better…who knows yet? It will at least not be guided by someone else.
